There will be plenty to occupy the mind and soul in one of The Gathering zones.

Thinking Zone – The Gathering’s theme of food, journeying and companionship will be fully explored in this range of fascinating talks from leading speakers which include acclaimed Old Testament scholar Dr. Meg Warner, author and broadcaster, Rev Lucy Winkett, founder of ‘bread church’ in Bradford, Barbara Glasson, and expert in spirituality in later life at the University of Southampton, Jo Walker. More details.

Light Zone – Pull up a pew and enjoy Light Bites; new to The Gathering this year. These ten minute bite-sized moments of inspiration, music and laughter will be sure to delight, all served up with tea, coffee and a slice of cake in the Chapter House and Cloisters. More details.

#1zone – The Nave becomes the place to be for all things creative, as it plays host to a variety of worship, arts and craft stations, as well as drama and music sessions.

Reflective Zone – Take a moment to reflect on what you have seen and heard in the tranquillity of the Eastern Crypt; share in prayer and healing with the Living Well, and walk a labyrinth.

Bible study and worship – Time together to worship and reflect. More information.

The Wintershall Players – Wintershall Players will perform The Lord’s Supper, with actor James Burke-Dunsmore, reprising his role of Jesus for the performance.
